Now that you’re calm, ask yourself “what’s bothering me”

And in the next few seconds the answer will be slapped across your face.

Mostly it’s a small thing that’s stuck in your subconscious like popcorn between your teeth.

Face it. Look at it. Observe it.

It’s not going to kill you. It’s a thought.

 

Sympathize with Yourself

Tell yourself “it’s gonna be ok”

You have seen worse. You have made comebacks.

Remember that nothing is more important than peace.

Protect your peace at all costs.

Overthinking won’t fix it.

Escaping it won’t fix it.
