Decoding awareness
Your body is a super intelligent computer.
It has the power to judge, map and analyze any situation, place or person and inform you whether it’s good for you or bad for you.
And being an introvert makes it 10x stronger.
But.
The problem lies in decoding the signals of your body.
Like a TV is a medium through which you can watch what’s happening in some other country.
Your phone is the medium through which you can read the contents of my mind in the form of this newsletter.
In the same way Awareness is the medium through which you can read the signals of your body.
And these signals are sent in the form of your FEELINGS.
As kids, we were very sensitive to the environment around us. If a creepy guy goes near a child, he starts crying or immediately grabs his mother’s arm & hides behind her.
Why?
Because as a kid, you were deeply connected to your body’s signals. You could feel the negative vibes and immediately reacted to it.
But as we grow, we lose that connection.
This body is very intelligent and it knows how to protect you. And whenever you need protection, it will give you a signal.
Let me show you how to decode these signals and protect your energy
Imagine waking up in the morning. You are in a good mood. Your emotions are stable & your energy is flowing.
And then you receive a text inviting you to a get together.
You leave your house. You are excited and all.
But the moment you reach that place, you start feeling exhausted. Something feels odd. You just cannot put your finger on what it is. But all you know is that it just doesn’t feel right.
Pause right there.
This act of paying attention to your emotions is awareness. The body is on high alert. And it’s wired to protect you from any kind of danger. Mental or physical.
But let’s assume you ignored this initial warning and continue.
So you start talking with someone. He’s speaking. You’re listening. But you don’t feel any connection.
You’re listening to his words because you’re naturally empathetic. You’re not pushing him away or anything. You’re listening but it just doesn’t feel right.
Why are you feeling this way?
It’s because your body is sending you a signal.
And the signal says: STOP IT & LEAVE.
It’s a sign that this person is draining you.
Listening to that signal is Awareness. To be in absolute alignment with your body.
Awareness is listening and decoding the signs in real time.
Look, if you keep following the social norms, you will keep draining yourself.
And I always say, if it drains you, it’s not for you.
Now you may argue that what if that person is your parent or your boss, or your teacher.
I understand. And in that case, don’t engage your emotions.
What drains you is when your emotions are engaged with the other person,
Because you are adjusting your vibration to match with the other person. And when you lower your vibration, your energy starts draining.
Listen to your body. Your body knows vibes, energy, jealousy, hate, anger, love, and attention. Pause & reflect how you are feeling. Pay attention to what your body is saying.
Your body is so intelligent that it only takes micro seconds for it to judge whether a person, place or a situation is right for you or not.
And it instantly tells you what’s good for you, what’s bad for you. What drains you & what will nourish you. All you gotta do is pay attention.
